Completed Harvard Medical School’s Leading Digital Transformation in Health Care program to explore how technology performs in high-stakes, regulated environments. In Discovery Workshops, he maps processes visually and identifies where people are still doing machine work. Has sailed across two oceans.
Works at the intersection of software delivery, business operations, and AI. Studied IT Business Management at AGH University of Krakow — learning to navigate both codebases and business models with equal fluency. Co-runs Uptime Solutions alongside Krzysztof, where he stress-tests whether automation ideas survive real-world integration and operational complexity. Polish Chapter Lead at The AI Collective, a global community of AI founders, researchers, and operators.
